Hari K Harikumar Chief Executive Officer

Hari Harikumar joined QM Power in April 2018. Hari has over 25 years of senior innovation leadership globally, including, Vice President- Innovation, Sustainability and Technology for Ingersoll Rand in USA and President & CTO for USHA a leading consumer brand in India. Hari holds a MS & PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.

Joe Flynn Chief Technical Officer

As CTO and founder of QM Power, Mr. Flynn has over 35 years of experience as an R&D engineer, program leader, and senior technical consultant for a variety of major corporations, including: Hallmark, Jakel Motors, Boeing, Baker Hughes and Seagate. As an R&D engineer and program leader, Mr. Flynn has had primary responsibility for the pre-production development of more than 150 commercial products, representing more than $30 million per year in revenues for the contracting companies.
 

Mr. Flynn is the inventor of Q-Sync and Parallel Path Magnetic Technology (“PPMT”). He has designed, developed, and constructed more than 50 devices based on PPMT principles. Mr. Flynn is inventor on 8 patents and 5 provisional patents in the field of electrodynamics, including the patents covering QM Power’s technology.

Galen Hansen Financial Controller

Mr. Hansen joined QM Power in March 2014. Mr. Hansen has almost 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including ten years in public accounting as a CPA. While in public accounting, Mr. Hansen audited, recommended process improvements, and prepared financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards for mid-market private and public company clients. Since transitioning to industry, he has served as the controller and the director of accounting at small to large private and public companies where he assisted in building and refining the accounting and reporting functions during periods of growth or transition including experience with preparing for an Initial Public Offering and mergers and acquisitions.
